1. Booking Amount

A 30% advance booking amount is required at the time of booking, payable via post-dated cheques (PDC). The exact amount depends on the EMI plan selected by the buyer.

2. Token Money

A token amount is 10% /- is required to book a specific plot. This token money holds the booking for a period of 7 days.

3. Agreement Charges

Agreement charges of Rs. 1500/- are applicable, payable by the customer.

4. Additional Charges

Mutation charges are applicable and will be borne by the customer. Any registration charges, fees, or other expenses related to the property purchase will also be paid by the customer, including those under the EMI plan.

5. Required Documents

To process your booking, the following documents are mandatory:

  • PAN Card (for verification).
  • ID Proof: Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Electricity Bill.
  • Permanent/Residential Address Proof.
  • Passport-sized Photograph: 6 recent photos.

6. EMI Payment Mode

The EMI option is available for payments related to registration fees, mutation charges, or any other expenses outlined in the process. Terms and conditions for EMI are subject to agreement and approval.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of the booking will be subject to the cancellation policy and charges. Please contact our support team for more details.

8. Property Availability

Availability of the plot is subject to prior sale. We recommend confirming the booking as soon as possible to avoid any discrepancies.

9. Legal Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of these terms and conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of [insert city] courts.
